Robb: Better than Expected
What to say but WOW! I live in PA so I decided to drop off my headlights to get a feel for Keith and his whole operation. All I can say is that I was very impressed, he answered every question well and the work area was very clean. I could tell he loves doing these retrofits....and boy did it show in the final product. The turnaround time was spot on his estimate and he posted plenty of in-work pictures during the process. Re-installing the headlights were straight forward and everything worked as advertised. My biggest concern was the resealing of the headlights, which were quickly quelled the day I installed them as I had to drive through a torrential down poor, and the headlights are perfectly sealed to this day! The only problem is finding something to retrofit next....

Robert: unexpected
I got more than I expected when I turned to Keith to get my retrofit done. He worked with me to get my retrofit perfect and I have never been happier. He was always willing to help or making an adjustment. You need to have this man help you make your car or truck ready for show.

Mike: background
I was hesitant using someone who was relatively unknown apart from google search engine results along with the very low price compared to other retrofiters. I was extremely happy with the result. The work is top notch and communication is second to none.

Brian: quality
He always kept me informed of any issues that arose. The turn around time for the retrofit was so fast that I told him he had to wait a few more days till I could get the rest of the money together. My bank didn't transfer the funds quick enough. I never expected a turn around time less than 48hrs.

I had Keith do a retrofit for me. He not only answered all my questions, but sent me lots of photos during the process. Pointing out what would work and look best.

Stinger: Top notch service
Ultimate Retrofit supplied me with a set of projectors. With the assistance he provided I was able to install the projectors myself. Without his help I would still have a car that would be in pieces.

Garfield: The only way to go
An active member of www.Matrixowners.com and I have to say I love my projectors. It's the best way to covert your headlights without having to deal with all those adhoc modifications to your existing system which in some cases won't work. This is a true plug and play system, and as for customer service, Ultimate Retrofit is tops....

Jones: What else is left to say?
I wasn't going to hack my headlights into pieces with my inexperience to get the projectors to fit. I was glad to hear that Ultimate Retrofits offered Retrofit services. Affordable and Quality are two words that usually dont go together in the car modding world, but with UR, you dont need to sacrifice one for another. I'm impressed with the speed of communication and how every step was explained to me.
I can't believe how quickly it was done and how professional UR is. The 3rd Generation Projectors look great in the car and even with a little bump in the road, I got it all cleared up in less than a few minutes. Where else can you get such great customer service?
Now I can't wait to go on the road! Especially at night!
