Warranty

Depending on which service you choose, the warranty will change.  If you purchase just the kit to do it yourself, there is a 6 month warranty on the product, if installed properly.  Bulbs and ballasts and hardware are covered for 6 months.  All products that are in question would need to be returned to us for examination and processing prior to any warranty claims being full-filled.  If you have me do a portion of the work, and you encounter fogging within the headlight, my workmanship is covered for the life of the original owner.  All shipping charges to and from the owner is to be covered by the owner.

 

Warranty Terms and Conditions:

 

Warranty only covers defective parts.  Damages due to shipping, accident, installation, abuse, misuse, alteration, tampering, or acts of God are not covered.  If products become subject to the above, the warranty stated herein is voided.


When claiming warranty replacement, clear and detailed photos are required of the part in question.  If confirmed defective and the buyer wishes for a new part to be sent first, a deposit is required to ensure this part is, in fact, defective and to cover costs of the new part.  Once you receive your new part, send us the defective part and, if confirmed defective, you will receive your deposit back, minus shipping costs.  If a damaged part is not received back, the deposit is forfeited.


The buyer may also send his or her defective part to us for examination instead.  If proved defective, a replacement will be shipped at the buyer’s expense.  Returned items must be properly packaged to ensure no damage can occur during shipping, and must be shipped with a tracking number.  This is to ensure the part sees its way to us safely, with no errors in shipping.  The buyer will bear all shipping costs.  These costs are not refundable.  We reserve the right to repair or replace the received item with a new or refurbished product comparable to that of the defective item.

 

Return Policy:

 

Generally, returns are not accepted on electrical components, however, we may grant this on a case-by-case basis.  All returns are subject to a minimum 35% restocking fee.  Higher costs may be required depending on condition, boxing, usage, carrying value, and other factors.

 

Shortage/Damage:

 

Any shortage/damage to the buyer’s order must be reported within 48 hours from receipt of the order.  At our option, we may file a claim with the carrier, and follow their standard process, or send the buyer the parts for self repair/install.  The buyer must retain all packaging and contents in case of inspection.  Photos are required.

 

Shipping Claims:

 

We highly recommend shipping insurance.  Once in the hands of the shipper, ownership of the item is transferred.  We test and examine each product before it is shipped to ensure it is in perfect working condition.


We will do everything we can to assist every buyer in their every need with courtesy and professionalism, and we ask the same of them.  Suppliers, if required, may service this warranty.  This warranty is not transferable.
